This event invites you into a deeper experience with yourself — through movement, meditation, and reflection.
This class is an invitation to explore the connection between body and mind through dynamic movement, guided meditation, stillness, and self-inquiry. Together, we create space to become more aware of who we are, what we feel, and what we want to express.
Inspired by wisdom from both East and West, the practice helps us notice where we feel open, where we feel stuck, what holds us back, and what supports us in moving forward.
The intention is to bring the body and mind into deeper contact, and to cultivate more freedom, clarity, and presence — slowly, safely, and consciously.
Expect a practice that is honest, grounding, sometimes uncomfortable, but deeply empowering.
This is for anyone who wants to spend Saturday evening in a more conscious way — moving, breathing, reflecting, and reconnecting.
Please bring:
A yoga mat and/or something soft to sit or lie on.
Comfortable clothes you can move in.
Come as you are.
No experience is needed — only openness, curiosity, and willingness to explore.
