Course Description:
This training is for YOU! You live in a body and we will help you understand your movement, recognize patterns,overcome body resistance, and develop a practical anatomy dialog that will serve you in your yoga or fitness practice. These weekends additionally offer CE credits for Yoga Educators or may be applied to the Boundless Yoga Studio 300 hr Teacher Training Program.
The training is broken into three distinctive weekends. We will hone in on specific areas to deepen our understanding and radically shift how we approach our movements. All bodies have basic similarities, yet we all have a unique arrangement that requires an individualized approach. The shapes we make serve a purpose and we will address how that shape can be modified to work with each student's unique anatomy and balance of strength and flexibility.
This course includes hours of inspirational instruction in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology (bio-mechanics), and how it all applies to our movement cues and choices. We will use yoga as our primary teacher of movement, but it doesn't matter if you teach or don't teach, or if you teach different styles, or different modalities, you will understand more fully how your body works (and how it doesn't) to find more space and freedom and develop a pathway to more energy and less pain.
Tuition:
Full Academy- 999.00 (First 5 to register $899) includes the training manuals
Individual Weekend $399 (Early registration- one month prior to start date, save $50) includes the training manual
