Embodied Alchemy~ Full Moon Yoga/Dance Rituals through Elements, Archetypes & Plant Medicine
We meet on every Full Moon, in sacredness and ritual, learning and deepening our understanding and embodiment of the Divine Feminine Archetypes through theory, sharing circle, and movement (yoga, dance, and meditation)
and through the Elements- how do we feel, express, and alchemise them from a deep sense of embodiment.
This is a 2 hr journey, on Wednesday evenings from September till December from 19.00 - 21.00
Every gathering also continues into a Women’s temple to play with the Archetypes juuust a little bit more🥰
Optional, but highly recommended. (separate ticket)
Temple: 21.30 - 22.00
We will flow with our breath, movement, and body to open up to different qualities, flavours, expressions.
To feel what needs to be moved
To express what longs to be seen
To surrender to the embodiments of the Divine Feminine.

The journeys will start each with the serving and receiving of the Medicine, and moving into flowing asanas and yoga, slowly into free dance and expression.
We then move into a very special part of a "flowing meditation" to open our body and souls to align with the mantra sung.
This is a deep and powerful experience! So much will be learnt, and opened up 👁✨👁
We move in 8 Cycles:
1- Tuning in
to open and align into the resonance
2- Flowing asanas
gentle feminine flowing movements to increase and expand conscious awareness
3- Standing steps
conscious breathing and movements to deeper align the body, mind, and spirit and build up the energy for the next phase
4- Free dance
Full expression of soul, awareness of movement and elements
5- Relaxation
Be in the silence, perceive the emptiness and stillness of just being
6- Celestial Communication
Mantra syncronized with meditative movements, very profound
7- Meditation
Feel effects of the CC, how the Self in all bodies really feel the vibration
8- Closing
Tuning in with Song + Sat Naam for Aura protection
