Join us for a heart-opening Winter Solstice celebration—a powerful evening of sound, somatic movement, and sacred cacao.
We begin with a ceremonial sound bath, designed to guide the circle into the sacred darkness of the longest night. Through ancestral tones, Pamela will create a vibrational gateway—an invitation to honor the stillness, release what is ready to fall away and enter the primordial womb of winter. In this held and holy darkness, we prepare our hearts for the turning of the wheel and the quiet rebirth of the returning light.
As the sound softens, we move into slow, intuitive somatic movement to help you reawaken the body with tenderness. Gentle shapes and guided breath support you as you emerge from the deep quiet, igniting the inner embers of renewal.
You’ll then be welcomed into a Sacred Cacao Ceremony that honors both Mama Cacao and the opening of your heart in a grounding, sacred way. Crafted by Sacred Loon, the cacao for this ceremony will be made with a unique recipe that includes the warming earth spices of the feminine season, provided by our healing Mother Earth.
We’ll close our gathering with a guided make-and-take ritual where you will create your own oil candle. As we craft these simple yet sacred vessels, we honor the ancient tradition of welcoming the sun’s rebirth, infusing our candles with intention, gratitude, and the renewed hope carried by the turning of the wheel. Each flame becomes a reminder that even in the deepest darkness, the light is already on its way.
