Ember Spark Gathering

Join us for a transformative one-day wellness gathering in the peaceful Flamborough countryside on Sunday, September 7th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

This outdoor event is designed to help you return to yourself. Nestled in a peaceful, natural setting, we invite you to pause from the hectic pace of daily life and discover deeper connections, as you tune into what truly matters.

Throughout the day, you will be guided through restorative workshops - gentle movement & meditation, grounding & self-awareness moments, and deeper connections with earth & spirit. Whether you're seeking clarity, inspiration or a deeper connection, this day is your invitation to reset your mind, reconnect with your spirit, and rekindle the inner fire that fuels your soul and purpose.

This gathering will be led by:-

Corinne Van Kampen - Indigenous holistic practitioner with 15+ years experience as a Shamanic healer, Reiki master, Iridologist and holistic practitioner. www.whisperingbirchwellness.ca

Laurel Crossley - Mindfulness and Meditation Expert, Life Coach. She has been honing her craft for almost 30 years; currently specializes in spiritual readings, events & classes. www.laurelcrossley.com

The experience will include:-

Event will last 6 hours.

Optional: Stay after the gathering and enjoy a full moon celebration led by your host, Corinne Van Kampen.

• yoga mat and/or blanket
