Join Ember Pilates and Lesh Lifestyle for an evening of movement, wellness, and something a little different.
We’ll begin with an all-levels mat Pilates class led by Ember Pilates. Expect a full-body workout focused on strength, stability, mobility, and intentional movement. No previous Pilates experience is needed.
After class, stay for a free demonstration of two treatments from Lesh Lifestyle.
