Our 2nd annual 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 is scheduled for Saturday, September 20th, held locally at the Art Academy of Milton!
𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 are the yoga poses of yoga. Yoga movement may help bring body and mind into stronger connection via awareness, may help to balance mindset and outlook, as well as provide a variety movement when sometimes we just don't get much! Bodies need movement.
𝐎𝐧 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞, yoga is you in relationship to yourself and others, your life, and the world. Taking a break from distractions invites you to be curious about the relationship to those things. We check our phones, email, jobs, the news, and our senses are constantly inundated with input coming from the outside. When is the last time you checked in with you? Provided are a variety of direct experiences to help you do just that.
