Emancipated Run Crew - Community Run

Come and join the Emancipated Run Crew as we join forces with Croydon BME Forum to move Croydon with a weekly run in South Norwood.
On the last Wednesday of each month, this will be changed to a track run, at Crystal Palace Sports Centre!This easy run is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all participants.

The pace will be relaxed, allowing you to comfortably complete the 5k run. Whether you're aiming to improve your endurance or simply enjoy a leisurely jog, this event is for you.

Weekly runs are in South Norwood, but the monthly Track Runs are at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.
