Filipino American comedian Elvin Maglinte will film his very first comedy special live at The Fed in his hometown of Stockton, California, on Friday, October 17. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with the show beginning at 7:30 PM.

Born in the Philippines and blind, Maglinte has built a reputation in the comedy scene for his fierce, quick-witted style and his fearless ability to riff and roast at a moment's notice. His sets blend high-energy, observational, and distinctly Filipino American humor with a perspective on blindness that audiences won't find anywhere else — delivering non-stop laughs with every performance.

Maglinte has shared the stage with celebrated comics including Rex Navarrete, Kabir Singh, Dat Phan, and the Comedians with Disabilities Act.  He has performed at some of the top comedy venues in the country, including the Jimmy Kimmel Comedy Club, San Jose Improv, Ha Ha Comedy Club, Tommy T's, The Comedy Chateau, Alameda Comedy Club, Laughs Unlimited, Punchline Sacramento, and Deaf Puppy Comedy Club, among many others.

Now, Maglinte returns to Stockton to record his first special in front of the hometown crowd that helped shape him — a milestone moment in his career, and a celebration of representation, resilience, and relentless comedic talent!
