Join us Monday 24th August at 7pm at The Tempest Arms to paint “Dance of the Jade Blossom” — a beautiful scene featuring a blossoming cherry tree, a peaceful mountain lake, and an elegant crane basking beside the water.
No experience needed — we’ll guide you step by step so you can relax, sip, and create your own stunning nature-inspired masterpiece.

Learn to paint a masterpiece with acrylic paint on canvas! Even if you have never painted before or last painted at school, our artists will walk you through the whole process and surrounded by good music, company and a tipple or two, how could you not be creative! This is the perfect girls evening out, or a great way to spend quality time with your family! We really encourage solo artists too, it's a wonderful way to wind down practice mindfulness and switch off from the busy world! If you're looking for things to do on an evening then come along and spice up your midweek with a fun few hours of painting, sipping and chilling out.
We supply everything from canvas to paint and even an apron, but it's advisable to wear older clothes just in case. We haven't had a problem yet, but we do encourage you to get moving into the painting groove and let your hair down.
If you have your own arty outfit and perfect pinny, bring it on!
The event starts at 7pm sharp and lasts around 2.5hrs with a short break halfway through. Arrive a few minutes early to check in, choose your seat and of course, grab yourself a tipple!
