🌈 Rainbow Birthing Sessions – Pregnancy After Loss

Pregnancy after loss can feel very different, these sessions are designed with that understanding at their heart.

Our Rainbow Birthing Sessions are for families who are 24+ weeks pregnant following loss, offering an understanding, compassionate space alongside a small group of families who truly get it. There are no assumptions, no pressure to share, and no need to explain your story.

These sessions are fully funded by Elsie’s Moon Charity and are gently led to support you as you prepare for birth after loss.

• A calm, understanding group setting
• Gentle antenatal and hypnobirthing-informed support
• Space to pause, step away, or simply listen if needed
• Facilitated with compassion, sensitivity and lived understanding

Families navigating pregnancy after loss, including but not limited to:

• Miscarriage
• TFMR
• Ectopic or molar pregnancy
• Stillbirth
• Neonatal loss
• IVF loss

• Gestation: 24+ weeks
• Group size: Small and supportive
