The Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI) is a leadership development experience designed for Lions and Leos who are ready to grow, lead, and serve at a higher level. This interactive weekend builds confident leaders who will strengthen clubs, districts, and the future of Lions in MD5M.
