Poets Ellen Austin-Li and Dianne Borsenik will read at Mac's on Wednesday, September 10th at 7 pm followed by an open mic.
Ellen Austin-Li's poetry collection, Incidental Pollen—a 2023 Trio Award finalist, 2024 Wisconsin Poetry Series semi-finalist, and runner-up to the 2023 Arthur Smith Poetry Prize—was published in May, 2025. Finishing Line Press published her chapbooks Firefly and Lockdown: Scenes from Early in the Pandemic. Her poetry appears in many journals & anthologies. She’s a Best of the Net and Pushcart Prize nominee and holds an MFA from the Solstice program. She curates Poetry Night at Sitwell’s in Cincinnati, where she lives in an empty nest with her husband
Dianne Borsenik is active in the northern Ohio poetry scene and regional reading circuit, and travels to perform her poetry throughout the Midwest. She is a member of the Ohio Poetry Association and the Haiku Society of America. In 2011, she founded NightBallet Press and has since published over 120 titles for poets across the U.S. She is the author of several poetry books including Flight of Honey (Luchador 2023)
