1) Salad start: Colourful beet salad

Red and golden beets, shallots, walnuts, green apples, goat cheese on a bed of arugula. Balsamic vinaigrette on the side

2) Followed by soup: Autum harvest soup

Butternut squash, pumpkin, carrots, apples, onions in a velvet smooth soup. Garnished with a cheese crostini, crema fresca and chives.

3) Main attraction: 8oz Elk Ribeye steak

8oz ribeye steak grilled to perfection, parsnip puree, roasted vegetables and garlic, Elk stock demi-glace.

4) To finish off: Homemade apple pie

Homemade apple pie, topped off with caramel sauce and whipped cream! A scoop of vanilla ice cream by request!
