Join Expressive Arts Therapist Sydney Rosenberg and Hannah Gladwell, LMT for a creative experience that blends the magic of herbal alchemy with the expressive freedom of art.

Hosted at Attune Center Align on the New Moon, this is an opportunity to gather in community and connect. In this immersive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create a piece of art to represent your New Moon intentions while enjoying an autumn themed elixir. This botanical blend is designed to nourish the body and elevate the spirit—while also diving into intuitive, hands-on art making. Our intention for this workshop is to inspire other’s to connect with their own creativity, have fun, and to build community.

✨Intuitive Art-Making

Using mixed media, natural materials, and your imagination, you’ll create a visual representation of your New Moon intentions. No art experience necessary.

✨ Ritual & Reflection

We’ll open and close with simple New Moon rituals to connect, reflect, and center ourselves. Expect journal prompts, gentle guidance, and a space of non-judgment and support.

Whether you're an artist, herbal enthusiast, or simply curious, this workshop is a chance to pause, play, work with the energy of the New Moon and create from a place of deep presence.
