Elevating Manhood is a free, six-week Men’s Development Pathway Program created to address men’s mental health through structured community support, meaningful conversation, and personal development.
Participants will explore identity, communication, relationships, financial responsibility, accountability, physical wellness, nutrition, and planning for the future. Each session provides practical tools and opportunities for men to reflect, connect, grow, and take meaningful action in their lives.

Weekly Topics
Week 1: Identity and Self-Awareness
Reflect on personal identity, values, strengths, and life direction.
Week 2: Relationships and Communication
Develop healthier communication, conflict-resolution, and relationship skills.
Week 3: Financial Responsibility and Life Planning
Explore financial stability, goal-setting, and planning for the future.
Week 4: Brotherhood and Accountability
Build trust, connection, support, and peer accountability within the cohort.
Week 5: Men’s Wellness, Physical Health, and Nutrition
Understand how physical health, nutrition, and daily habits affect mental and emotional well-being.
Week 6: Reflection and Next Steps
Review personal growth and create a plan for continued development.
