She is the founder of KTG Yoga & Wellness, where she offers transformative experiences that promote balance, relaxation, and personal growth. Certified in Hatha and Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Stretch Coaching, Kate weaves together movement, music, mindfulness, and community connection in all of her offerings. With a background in corporate leadership and over 4 years of teaching experience, Kate specializes in full moon beach yoga, private sound baths, corporate wellness programs, and international retreats. Kate believes in creating inclusive, heart-centered spaces for people of all levels to reconnect with themselves and feel empowered on their wellness journey.
