It’s your peaceful transition into the weekend: an invitation to unwind restore and return to yourself with spacious ease.

All chairs are provided; simply wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Please note: Classes begin on time and the front doors are locked at the start of every class. For the comfort of all students no late entry is permitted and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
