Elevated Communication -How to deal with difficult people

Communication sits at the center of every meaningful role and relationship we hold — as leaders, partners, parents, and educators/coaches/mentors. Yet most of us were never taught how to communicate with presence, clarity, and emotional awareness, especially under pressure.

Elevating Communication is a monthly gathering designed for people who want to deepen connections to others through conscious conversations — at work, at home, and in the moments that matter most. The monthly conversations will lead up to a 3-day in-person workshop in June 2026 with Dr. David Wolfe.

This month we are discussing

• The fundamentals of deep listening and how it impacts our connection to others
• Plugging energy leaks in life: Energy leaks are a result of not taking personal responsibility in areas of our life.

You will not be asked to overshare or “fix” anything. Participation is always by choice.

This work focuses on how awareness changes communication, and how communication changes relationships.
