Together we will open our hearts with the loving spirit of cacao, welcome in the full moon and transition into a profound sound bath experience.
A cacao ceremony is a ritual that involves the ceremonial drinking of cacao, the purest form of chocolate, to open the heart, foster emotional connection, and enhance spiritual awareness.
The cacao itself acts as a gentle, yet powerful plant medicine that helps you drop into a deeper state of reflection, allowing you to access emotional or spiritual insights.
While each ceremony is unique, the goal is the same: to open the heart, release emotional blockages, and foster a deeper sense of connection—whether with yourself, others, or the universe.
Sound baths are relaxing, stress relieving, and a powerful healing immersive experience. They create a calming environment where you can tune out distractions and focus on feeling peace, relaxation, and tranquility allowing you to completely immerse yourself in the experience of healing vibrations.
Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, crystal singing bowls, bells, drums, and rain sticks are just some of the instruments used.
