We welcome back Tory Archbold, the founder of Powerful Steps. Tory is a powerhouse businesswoman with over 24 years of experience in brand building, public relations, digital media, and events. As the CEO of Powerful Steps and the host of the popular podcast Powerful Stories, Tory has worked with influential celebrities, entrepreneurs, and CEOs worldwide. Her authentic approach and genuine care for others have helped her build long-lasting connections. Tory's inspirational journey as a single mother determined to succeed has inspired many. Tory loved her time in Tamworth last year and is excited to share even more of her knowledge and wisdom with our community on the Power of Gratitude and Leading with Heart.

Lisa Walker, co-founder of EIR Women. Lisa's life took a transformative turn after the sudden loss of her husband at 47. Determined to honour his memory by living fully, she launched EIR Women to support women over 40 in prioritising their well-being. Nutritionist & Naturopath formulated supplements for women feeling hormonal shifts as they move towards and into perimenopause. At 49, Lisa began a "year of yes," committing to saying yes to every opportunity. These adventures brought joy and profound change, making her more confident and resilient. Lisa’s journey inspired her mission at EIR Women, emphasising the importance of midlife health and joyful living.
