Elevate is a 5-class series for Iowans who have successfully launched a small business, and need assistance to strengthen, stabilize and grow.

We’ll also cover payroll, benefits, and legal compliance. You’ll put these insights into action by drafting a job description and onboarding plan, as well as developing employment policies and procedures.
