Join US - Universal Sines - for a live music yoga class designed to elevate your energy and consciousness. We'll begin with breathwork and meditation, priming our minds to plant the seeds of intention for the remainder of the year. With our intentions and breath as our guides, we’ll move through a slow flow yoga practice accompanied by live electronic beats and soul-soothing vibrations, followed by an extra long savasana with sound healing to relax and restore.
About US:
Universal Sines, based in Asheville, NC, is a collaboration between Amy Sawyer and Lyndon “Lp” Perry. Amy is a certified yoga therapist, reiki master teacher, space holder and integration coach, with a deep passion for helping you access your innate healing wisdom. Lp is a user experience designer by day and a lifelong creative with over 25 years as a song writer and music producer. Together, they work intentionally to create an environment that offers the opportunity for healing through deep presence and soul-soothing frequencies.
