Sheriff Dawanna S. Witt, sworn in as Hennepin County Sheriff in January 2023, brings over two decades of law enforcement experience and powerful insights on leadership, resilience, and breaking barriers.

Meet Evon M. Spangler, Managing Partner at Spangler and de Stefano, PLLP, and Founder of Domestic Abuse Legal Advocacy Center, PSC (DALAC). For over 30 years, Evon has empowered domestic violence survivors to safely exit abusive relationships and rebuild their lives.

About DALAC: A Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) law firm providing free, trauma-informed legal services directly at shelters across the state. Since 2016, DALAC has supported hundreds of families on their healing journey. We are donating 5% of all ticket sales from this luncheon back to DALAC.
