ELEVATE is a free relationship class for couples at any stage. Dating, engaged, newlywed, or forty years in.
Three sessions, and you are finished in nine days:
Friday, October 30, 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Saturday, October 31, 9:00 am to noon
Saturday, November 7, 9:00 am to 1:30 pm (lunch provided)
Fort Walton Beach Public Library, 185 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE.
This is not counseling and not therapy. It is a class. You sit in a room with other couples and learn how to communicate, work through conflict, handle anger, and understand why the two of you approach things so differently. Nobody asks you to tell the group your business.
