Join us for Elevate & Align, our cannabis enhanced yoga and social hour.Gentle movements blend seamlessly with mindfulness techniques, enhanced by the (optional) gift of a therapeutic Curio Wellness product. This unique experience promotes stress relief and mental clarity while encouraging a deep connection between your body and mind.
Foster a journey of self-exploration and rejuvenation in a supportive environment. We were intentional picking out the perfect profile for your experience.
Our time includes a little social time before and after to answer any questions, to learn and enjoy each other's company .
Beginners (to cannabis or yoga) are welcome.
Liability waiver required to sign in person before class. Make sure that you set up to have safe transportation home.
Must be 21+ to attend.
No need to bring anything, we've got you covered (Thanks Curio!)
Dress comfortably, bring water and your mat and props. (We have mats and props available too!)
