Elevate is a 200-hr training in yoga, energy medicine and leadership... and it isn't the standard 200-hr YTT.
It’s a three-pillar immersion in therapeutic yoga, energy medicine, and embodied leadership—created for people who want real internal change, not just more information.
Phase One: Your personal practice.
- Come home to your body through asana, cueing and sequencing, anatomy, restorative and yin, meditation, and hands-on adjustments. You live it before you teach it.
Phase Two: Energy Medicine.
- The subtle body, more practical. Explore the energetic body, somatic and breath work, polarity, and the science of sound. More depth than a typical 200 normally gives you.
Phase Three: Voice + Leadership.
- People feel you before you speak. You learn to harness your voice and hold your energy. Public speaking, dharma talks, deep listening, teaching special populations, and a live practicum where you lead. At the front of the class, at work, at your own kitchen table.
Your teaching team is comprised of specialists that live by what they teach.
- Hands-on bodywork from a licensed acupuncturist and bodyworker
- Energetic touch from Reiki masters
- Sound from a professional musician
Ancient wisdom for a modern life.
- You'll learn the 8 limbs of yoga, practice a daily sadhana, engage in self-reflective and dharma work, and gain trauma-aware teaching tools, all made accessible to integrate into today's modern world.
What it comes with:
-a 500-page manual and 201-sequence library, yours to keep
-unlimited yoga and aerial through the end of training
-the full recorded curriculum, yours through December 2027
-online community with access with your cohort
-trainee-only pricing on workshops, private sessions and biohacks
Built to fit your life.
- Eleven Sundays (two a month). Full day immersions, 9-7, starting Jan 10th
- Wednesdays Evenings. 6:30 - 9:30 weekly, starting Jan 6th
- Online, anytime. The whole didactic, at your own pace
Your 200 is closer to 300.
- 200 hours live in the room, plus all the philosophy, sadhana and lectures you finish online.
- Emerge is registered with yoga alliance at both the 200 and 500-hour levels.
- When you're ready for 500, you finish the deeper online work and step into a 100-hr mentorship.
