Guided by Tania Zuckerman of Spiraldance Breathwork and Rachel Horton White offering a guided Archangel Meditation, this mini-retreat combines the ancient traditions of working with and honoring our connection to the elements including connecting to the ELEMENT of Air.
During our time together, we will focus deeply on the element of Breath & Air through guided meditation, nature connection and a Breathwork Session followed by an integration practice (sharing circle) to help you center in your own experience in community.
This offering includes a 45-minute Spiraldance Breathwork Session (accompanied by a soulful musical soundtrack and hands on support) as well as seasonal soulful practices to connect to the element of AIR including an archangel meditation with Rachel Horton White. As light beings connected directly to Source, archangels have the ability to shift energy in our lives in powerful ways. When we connect with the light of angels, we can access deep healing within that can create change in our outer worlds.

Tania Zuckerman, a leader of Maine Breathwork, has been a professional Breathwork Practitioner and Somatic Breath Therapist for over 16 years and is certified as a professional Breathwork Practitioner by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and founder of Spiraldance Breathwork™. A Reiki Level II practitioner, graduate of the Earth Circle School for Spiritual Ministry, and a Sacred Ceremony Guide, Tania’s studies have included a Masters of Science Degree in Environmental Education and Philosophy & Spirituality undergraduate training. She is a long-time student of the breath and has had the benefit of working with many skilled Breathwork practitioners throughout the U.S.. Rachel Horton White is a clinical hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and intuitive guide who has helped transform the lives of clients worldwide in this massive planetary shift in consciousness through Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting. Rachel helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. She has led sold-out women’s retreats, written for multiple online publications, and presented at national hypnotherapy conferences. Rachel facilitates groups of awakening souls and spiritual entrepreneurs, and has a meditation podcast called The Courageous Path. Rachel’s new book is a spiritual toolkit called Tools for the Awakening Soul: A Guide to Activate Your Intuition and Uncover Your Life's Purpose. She lives on a homestead in mid-coast Maine where she and her husband homeschool their two bright, energetic children.
