Elementary Book Club

This book club is designed for kids ages 6 to 8. Children in this book club are expected to read the book with parental help as needed. Kids will meet monthly to discuss the book and complete a brief activity. Children should have all or most of the month's book read before attending the book club. The first 5 kids will get a copy of the book to keep; one book per family. In October, we will read Troubling Tonsils by Aaron Reynolds. Pre-registration is required. You can register online, in person, or by calling the Children's Desk at 936-522-2754.
If any individual requires an accommodation to participate in the library events, programs, or classes, please contact the host library location. Please contact the host location at least 3 days before the program/event.
