Continue building strength, technique, and confidence in a supportive environment. Ideal for dancers returning to ballet after a long break or progressing from an absolute beginner level while enjoying the joy and discipline of classical dance. Students work through a structured barre and centre practice that includes grand plie, pas de bouree, chasse, fondu, balance, frappe and introductory pose turns and jumps at a comfortable pace.
