9:00 am until 12:00 pm Monday through Friday. This camp is for elementary school grades. We will use hands-on activities and real world examples to review math concepts. Using area and bar models, this camp will focus on multiplication, division, fractions, ratio, & proportions. We will use simple machines and introduce finding an unknown number, AKA algebra.
Math camp will be limited to 10 campers. The plan is for two adults, a math tutor and an engineer, as well as an assistant.
Campers need to bring a water bottle and a snack. There is a refrigerator for campers to use.
The cost is $250. The cost can be prorated for one day if needed.
