A Sound Meditation Through the Five Elements

Come settle into an evening of sound, stillness, breath, and vibration as Gwendolyn and Selenia guide you on a journey through the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
This is a relaxing, immersive experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body.
When was the last time you actually listened to what your body was asking for?
Not what needed to get done.
Not who needed something from you.
Not what your mind told you to push through.
What your body actually needed….
This evening is an invitation to interrupt that pattern.
What to Expect-
You’ll begin by getting comfortable on your mat, surrounded by the soothing sounds of singing bowls played by Selenia. Gwendolyn will then guide you through a meditation journey moving through the five elements.
Rather than simply lying down and listening to a sound bath, you become part of the sound.
For each element, you’ll be invited to bring your awareness to a different area of the body and connect with its qualities through breath, visualization, and Bija chanting—simple, resonant seed sounds traditionally associated with the elements.
You’ll move through-
🌎 Earth — grounding, stability, and connection
💧 Water — flow, softness, and emotional movement
🔥 Fire — warmth, vitality, and transformation
🌬️ Air — breath, openness, and expansion
✨ Ether — spaciousness, presence, and connection
You do not need any experience with meditation or chanting. You’ll be guided through each step, and there is no right or wrong way to participate. You can chant along, hum, or simply listen and receive.
Come As You Are-
Bring a yoga mat or blanket and a pillow for comfort, and wear anything you feel relaxed lying down in.
Give yourself these two hours to step away from the noise of everyday life and be surrounded by frequency, sound, and stillness.
Come to rest.
Come to listen.
Come back to your body.
