Elemental Sound Journey: A Guided Sound Bath ExperienceJoin Belinda of Energy Wellness for a transformative sound journey inspired by the five Ayurvedic elements - earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Each element will be represented by the healing frequencies of specific sound healing modalities - including crystal bowls, drums, chimes and gongs - and accompanied by soothing guided visualizations.
This immersive sound journey invites you to connect deeply with each element:
Earth – grounding, stability, and strength
Water – flow, release, and emotional balance
Fire – vitality, transformation, and empowerment
Air – expansion, freedom, and clarity
Ether – spaciousness, unity, and connection
Through sound, intention, and guided visualizations, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, restoring balance, and opening to inner harmony.
Feel free to bring whatever will make you comfortable on the floor: yoga mats, blankets, pillows &/or bolsters. Some participants have even brought reclining zero gravity chairs! You do you. Yoga mats will be available for use.
