Discover your inner universe through deep listening, and relaxation as you connect with the elements. Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether. This sound bath and guided meditation explores the elements as they relate to your unique inner universe. During the Sound journey you will be immersed in the vibrations and sounds of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, drum, each resonating with the essence of the elements. The sound bath will include some moments of guided meditation to help you settle in and focus your mind. However, there won't be continuous speaking. Instead, the emphasis will be on the sounds and vibrations from the instruments, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. The guided parts will be brief, serving to enhance your relaxation and connection to the elements as we transition through them with the sounds.
Through this sound bath and guided meditation, you will be led to explore each element through sound.
*EARTH: Grounding and nourishing. Encouraging feelings of safety, connection, and power
*Air: Inviting lightness and freedom. Allowing yourself to breathe deeply and embrace clarity of thought.
*Fire: Igniting passion and creativity. Inspiring you to release negativity and embrace transformation.
*Water: Encouraging emotional release. To let go and flow with the currents of life
*Ether: Spirit and the cosmos. encourages exploration of higher consciousness and fosters a sense of unity and oneness

Come join us for this multi-instrument immersive experience.
We will begin at 6:30 PM. For the best meditative experience make sure you are dressed comfortably. You may want to bring bring a notebook and pencil to record your experience or any insight gained, water, blanket, eyemask and yoga mat. Mats will be provided if you do not have one.
About the Hosts:
Mary is an American trained Shaman and full Mesa Carrier under the Q’ero Paqo lineage.
Amanda is a current Mesa student at the Chacana Center and trained in the art of sound healing through the Sound Healing Academy.
