During this embodied experience, co-facilitated by Ann Jonas, Christina Jenkins, Jeni Titus, and Moon Tucker, you’ll be immersed in sights, sounds, tastes, touch, and scents that invite your inner being to reconnect, play, and heal.

Nourishing Winter Dinner: We begin with a warm, homemade, winter dinner to ground and connect everyone. This shared meal is designed to nourish your body and set the stage for the transformative experiences ahead. Please alert us ahead of time if you have allergies.

Water ~ Cacao Ceremony: Embrace the nurturing and heart-opening essence of cacao.
Fire ~ Spark Ceremony: Ignite a flame to catalyze your intentions and inner power.
Air ~ Breath Journey: Reconnect, revitalize, and integrate your body elements through breath.
Earth ~ Drumming and Dancing: Ground yourself in rhythmic movement and sound, releasing tension and renewing your energy. Instruments provided.
Culminating Experience: To seal this journey, you’ll create a Magical Talisman that embodies your experience. Using elements such as feathers, bones, shells, stones, and wood—each representing your connection to Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—you will craft a personal symbol of your newfound balance and power. This talisman will serve as an anchor for your inner strength and remind you of your capacity for resilience.
