Doris invites you into a sacred rhythm of inhalation and release that awakens your life force and gently softens the veils around your heart.
Elemental Elevation Breath is a modern, guided breathwork journey that combines conscious connected breathing with meditation, evocative music, and elemental awareness — leading you into an altered state of perception where clarity, release, and deep presence become available.
In this 2.5-hour session, you will:
✨ Breathe deeply – experience circular, connected breathing that oxygenates the body and invites energy to flow freely.
✨ Drop into your body – guided meditation and music support you in feeling safe, grounded, and open to what arises.
✨ Touch the sacred – as the breath carries you beyond your mind, you may experience insights, emotions, or a sense of vast inner space.
✨ Dance it in – after the breath journey, we move gently into intuitive movement, letting the body integrate and celebrate what was felt.
✨ Close in softness – with a rebalancing breath and grounding ritual, bringing your energy home.
At the end, we share a moment of nourishment: a warm soup and tea (included) — time to integrate, land, and connect with the group.

Doris Lilienweiss is a guide, yoga teacher, and founder of 5 Elements Yoga Academy. Her work bridges embodiment, ritual, and feminine spirituality, creating safe, transformative spaces for women and men to come home to themselves. With over two decades of guiding retreats, rituals, and teacher trainings, she brings both depth and lightness into her sessions — holding space with compassion, integrity, and a touch of humor.
