A profound journey of self-healing, cleansing, and renewal through the wisdom of Celtic Shamanism. Join us for a progressive journey through the elements. In this sacred container, you will be guided to use the power of your own breath and sound vibration to facilitate deep somatic release and align with your soul’s purpose.

Healing Breathwork is a catalyst for total transformation. By entering a hyper-oxygenated state, you bypass the analytical mind to access deep somatic healing.

• Physical: Oxygenate the blood, boost immunity, and release physical tension stored in the body.
• Emotional: Safely process and release suppressed emotions, subconscious programming, and past trauma.
• Somatic: reset the nervous system and clear energy blocks, allowing for a profound sense of lightness and clarity.

Each session is a curated ceremony designed to support your evolution:

• Teaching & Intention: A focused teaching on the specific Element of the week.
• The Practice: Guided Healing Breathwork followed by a Visioning Trance.
• Integration: A short sound bath to ground your experience.
• Guidance: Receive specific daily practices to ground your visions into reality.

No prior experience is required. This is an accessible practice for all levels. All are welcome!
