Join us for a candlelit evening at Lacamas Lodge. Guided by yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator Emily Olson, this 90-minute circle blends gentle yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation, sound healing, and joyful, intuitive movement. Together, we’ll awaken the body and heart from winter’s rest, clearing stagnation, inviting renewal, and reconnecting with the vibrant energy of spring.Get ready to move, breathe, laugh, and release. This space is for you - all levels welcome.
Emily Olson has been facilitating workshops and classes since 2005. Her events give students an opportunity to experience the power of conscious movement, breathing and self-awareness.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, throw pillow. Wear comfortable, movable clothing.
