Elemental Alchemy is a transformational, mixed-modality experience designed to align your body, breath, energy, and spirit with the natural rhythms of the Zodiac and the elements.

This series moves through the **Five Elements—Fire, Water, Air, Earth, and Spirit—**beginning at the start of the Zodiac Wheel and following the Cardinal signs, the initiators of change. Each element is offered as its own immersive class, allowing you to fully embody the energy of that season and element as a point of initiation and renewal.

Fire Element | Aries

The journey begins with Fire, the spark of creation, courage, and forward movement.

This Fire session includes:

• Aries Fire Mudras to activate passion, confidence, and life force
• Fire-based Breathwork to ignite inner power and clarity
• Somatic Exercise & Movement: Explore sensory experiences and your body's movement and postures.
• Guided Meditation for integration and intention setting
• Sound Healing with drums, tuning forks, and other sacred sounds

Each elemental class stands alone while also building toward a deeper, cyclical understanding of how the elements live within you.
