I'm Jess, founder of Babotanics (now, owner of Babotanics Boutique).
I want to create a safe, inclusive and vibey space where you can celebrate self care with like minded people, enjoy conversation, food and drinks, laugh and feel good about yourself!
For me, proactive self-care is the #1 pillar to resilience and well-being. Its always forgotten, tossed to the side, put on the back-burner to reactively face life as it happens.
My goal is to integrate nourishing self-care practices with skincare rituals, so that addressing your needs is a habit as autopilot as brushing your teeth in the morning (ie. you know that youve skipped out on it!). ❤️🌸
