Following the successful launch of ElectroQueer Vol 1 in April, ElectroQueer Vol 2 is coming back July 31st, 2026 Featuring I Am Preety - we will be serving trance/psytrance all night long in the Evo Wonderlounge Underground.
Tickets are on sale now – with a limited amount of rush tickets available for the early birds at just $5 until July 1st (plus fees) - $10 after that until the start of the event, $15 at the door.
ElectroQueer is all about elevating queer talent in the electronic community, and bringing electronic music into queer spaces. Each event will feature 2-3 DJs spinning a different genre of electronic music.
***DJ I AM PREETY***
DJ I AM PREETY channels her love for the ethereal energy of
progressive house, the playful grooves of tech house, and the driving basslines of deep house into every set. Rooted in love, kindness, and good vibrations, her music is always guided by a desire to unite the community in a space of connection and elevation.
I AM PREETY embraces every opportunity to bring positive energy to the dance floor. She began her mixing journey in 2024 at NVMA Studio in Edmonton, and her debut set at Employees Only marked the start of an exciting artistic path.
Since then, she has become a regular at Deeper Grooves x Twisted Cherry at The Faculty, a member of the Vibe Collective, and continues to share her sound through curated pop-up events throughout the year. Driven by a deep passion for learning, a sharp technical ear, and the guidance of her mentor, YELRIHS, I AM PREETY is continuously evolving - exploring the art of mixing and refining her craft with intention and heart.

Since debuting in March 2025, Edmonton based queer DJ Otter Nonsense has quickly made his mark as a resident at Evolution Wonderlounge, with standout sets at the Edmonton Pride After Party, Last Call @ OG Evo, Fruit Loop, and even the Edmonton Marathon. His passion for blending timeless anthems with fresh favourites ensures to keep the dance floor alive all night.
