Printers and toner
Hard drives and other computer parts
Power cords and cables
Servers and networking equipment
CD/DVD/VHS players
Items Not Accepted:
Household appliances (including microwaves, refrigerators, and vacuums)
Car batteries
Household batteries (AA and AAA)
CRT (tube) TVs and monitors
Copiers
Garage Tools (leaf blowers, lawn mowers, garden tools)
Light bulbs
String lights
Medical equipment
Video tapes
Anything containing chemicals, fossil fuels, biowaste, oil, liquids, powders, asbestos, or freon.
About PCs for People:
PCs for People is an e-waste recycler and refurbisher and a national nonprofit organization established in 1998 with 11 branches across the country. They are a NAID (National Association of Information Destruction) certified facility. All data containing devices will have their data destroyed.
