Join us at the Dayton Society of Artists for a hands-on introduction to copper electroforming, led by Seamus Martin of Verdigris and Vein.
Participants will first experience a live demonstration of the electroforming process, gaining insight into how metal is built up over time to create unique, sculptural jewelry. From there, you’ll be guided through creating your own small piece.
Your work will be electroformed after the workshop and ready for pickup the following week.

Saturday: May 23, 12–5 PM
This workshop is perfect for artists, makers, and anyone curious about experimental jewelry and material-driven processes.
About the Artist:
Seamus Martin (Verdigris and Vein) works in copper electroforming, mixed media assemblage, and unconventional sculpture using bone, natural elements, and repurposed materials. He is a recipient of the Ohio Arts Council’s Artists with Disabilities Access Program (ADAP Grant) for FY 2026.
