It's back! Join us for our annual ElderPride Wreath Making event!We will share a festive meal of charcuterie, appetizers, and hors d'oeuvres and make wreaths with fresh-cut tree tips and lots of decoration options.
Date: December 7, 2024
Location: Odell Lodge, 397 Rookwood Ave, Fredericton
Time: 5:30PM - 8:00PM Atlantic
There will be ASL interpretation.
We'll have a selection of hot and cold appetizers and hors d'oeuvres to enjoy with hot apple cider, followed by dessert. All supplies will be provided. The items you create are yours to take home.
Please RSVP so we can plan food numbers accordingly. Click "Going" on the event if you plan to come, and message or email us if you have dietary requirements we need to be aware of (contact[at]elderpride.com). If you do not contact us in advance to share allergies and dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee we will have options available.
Elderpride is an intergenerational 2SLGBTQI+ program with a focus on seniors! This event is open to 2SLGBTQI+ folx age 18+ who wish to connect across generations! Supplies for some activities are limited; participants over 40 will be prioritized.
Accessibility:
- There will be ASL interpretation.
- The space is wheelchair accessible and there will be ample accessible parking spots available right outside the door.
- Bus tickets are available.
- Should transportation be a barrier, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to arrange carpooling.
- A H13 HEPA filter will be running for the duration of the event and we will have a portable CO2 monitor to ensure we maintain air quality. Food will be served by masked volunteers and masking is highly encouraged when not seated/eating.
