Elderberry Syrup Workshop at SoderWorld

Join Carri Bregar, founder of Apothecarri & Teas, for a hands-on herbal workshop in collaboration with Soderworld. Together, we'll explore the art of making medicinal syrup using elderberries foraged right from Soderworld's grounds, along with other time-honored herbs for immune support.
This workshop includes:
Live demonstration of crafting elderberry syrup from start to finish
Discussion of medicinal constituents found in elderberries, sage, thyme, lemon balm, and more
A basic introduction to teas, infusions, and tinctures as supportive wellness practices
Sampling of elderberry syrup, with creative ideas for using it in spritzers, mocktails, and hot tea
Take-home & extras:
-A sample bag of herbs to continue your herbal journey at home
-Opportunity to purchase additional herbs and blends from Apothecarri & Teas
