Elderberry Syrup Workshop with Lauren Kirkpatrick

Join us for a hands-on elderberry syrup making class! We'll explore the Elder Tree & it's traditional uses, along with supportive herbs & functional mushrooms that can be incorporated into the recipe. You'll also learn the foundations of syrup making, giving you the skills to create herbal syrups of your own. Everyone gets to make and take home some elderberry syrup!

Lauren Kay is an herbalist out of Oak View, CA and specializes in functional mushrooms. With extensive experience and education, she looks forward to sharing her knowledge with you!
