The Rican vegan has been head of changing the word vegan one taco at a time to so many that we’re hesitant it’s awesome!!
Latin taco crumble topped with lettuce tomatoes cheese and choice of sour cream and salsa verde or crema Chipotle
Of course can make it a meal with white rice and pinto beans or Puerto Rican rice!
