It's time for everyone's favorite sale of the year again! The event will be held as normal at the Hiawatha Community Center on SUNDAY September 7th! As always this is a free event for all participants.
Only sellers need to register for the Auction. Please follow the link to the google form below. Please pay attention to the rules. If you fail to register for the auction prior to the event, you can still register at the door, if you choose to do this please be patient and come early to avoid a long waiting period.

Key Dates:
-If you want your labels before the Auction you need to register before August 11th and you can pick up your labels at our August 12th monthly meeting.
-The registration due date is August 30th, this is a key date as we can advertise your item and number of sellers prior to the event. Labels will then be available upon arrival to the Auction.
-Auction Day is September 7th, we hope to see you there!
Auction Timeline:
-Sellers: please arrive around 8:15 AM so you can label your bags and get your fish on the appropriate tables.
-Buyers: Viewing starts at 9:00 AM, if you want to ensure you have your bidder number before the start of the auction please arrive no later than 9:45 AM to avoid delays at the registration table.
-Auction Starts at 10:00 AM
-Call-ups of items start at Noon, cost per call-up is $2
-The Auction will end when all items have sold
