EHT Nature Reserve Hike/Ruck

Join Woods n Water for a hike/ruck at the Egg Harbor Nature Reserve. We will meet at 8:30am, get acquainted, signed in and hit the trails at 9:00.

Woods n Water will provide bottled water and snacks for all attending. This event is open to all that wish to join us.

EHT Nature Reserve is very well maintained and provides both easy and moderately challenging options. We will decide what paths we take once all arrive.

If you are not a frequent hiker, no worries. Come join us and work on becoming a regular hiker. Start a healthy hobby now!!! Hiking in nature has shown to have a positive impact on one's physical, medical and mental health.
