How to Join:
✔️ Fill out the registration form
✔️ Present ₱300 worth of purchases (single or accumulated receipts) from NCCC Mall Buhangin shops (except NCCC Supermarket, Department Store, Maxx’s Pet, Hardwaremaxx, HB1 Pharmacy, bills & services)
✔️ Pay the ₱100 registration fee
✔️ Submit a photocopy of your child’s Birth Certificate or School ID (with date of birth)
